There have been complaints from parents of Sindhi High School in Hebbal, Banglore, over a chapter in the textbooks that is based on Tamannaah Bhatia. The parents brought the matter to the notice of the school administration, as reported by Deccan Herald. They were nonetheless compelled to contact the Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights and the Associated Management of Primary and Secondary Schools in Karnataka due to their ignorance and lack of action.
