Carnival's Holland America makes key onboard menu changes

Cruise line area of workmanship restaurants often make just a couple of menu changes even over the course of years. It is basically because many passengers sail yearly and they experience the favorites that they had on their last cruise.

Pinnacle Grill will, on the choice hand, be retaining its signature dishes from Chef David Burke which Holland The the U. S. said will "remain core to the menu." The restaurant will add a rotating collection of regional dishes prepared with local ingredients and locally sourced fresh fish, reflecting the flavors of every destination.

David Burke menu favorites will remain

Other entrees on the menu consist of Grilled Lamb Chops, Honey-Lemon Glazed Chilean Sea Bass, Panko Fried Stuffed Mushrooms, and Dover Sole.

Side dishes, which consist of Creamed Spinach, Asparagus with Hollandaise, Roasted Little one Beets with Blue Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potato, French Fries, Sauteed Mushrooms, and Beecher’s Lobster Mac and Cheese, will still be served family style.
