Salil Ankola’s mother’s name is Mala Ashok Ankola. seventy seven-year-old Mala Ashok Ankola used to live in Prabhat Road area of Deccan Gymkhana, Pune. When the door of her room remained closed for a long-term, the people working in her house opened the door and saw the elderly Mala lying on the bed soaked in blood, whose throat became slit with a sharp weapon. After which her members of the family also reached the spot. They right away admitted her to a personal sanatorium for treatment, but she had died before that. The doctor informed her family about this. At present, the police is further investigating whether this may likely be a case of murder or suicide.
