India vs South Africa 2nd ODI Highlights: Tony de Zorzi's unbeaten 119 guides Proteas to series-leveling win

Preview: Team India will look to seal the ODI series against South Africa when the two teams face in the second ODI in Gqeberha on Tuesday. In the first ODI in Johannesburg on Sunday, the Men in Blue, led by KL Rahul, had put up a dominant performance to rattle the Proteas out for 116 after the hosts opted to bat first.

Arshdeep Singh (5/37) and Avesh Khan (5/27) shared nine wickets between them to see off the hosts for a meagre totaal, and in reply, debutant Sai Sudharsan (55*) and Shreyas Iyer (52) shared an 88-run stand for the second wicket to eventually see the visitors home with 32.2 overs to spare.

South Africa endured a terrible start to their batting after they were restricted to 52/6, with most of the batters failing to fire. However, at one stage, Andile Phehlukwayo (33) himself alone provided resistance, but he lacked support, before being dismissed in the 26^th over. The likes of David Miller (2) and Aiden Markram (12) failed to produce the needed aggressiveness to the Proteas’ batting.

As far as India’s team news is concerned, Shreyas Iyer has been released from the ODI side and will join the Test team ahead of the Boxing Day Test.
