India's Hi-Res Future: Vedanta looks to partner with Taiwan’s Innolux, make displays in India
In a major push to PM Modi’s Make in India initiative, the Vedanta Group is currently in discussions with Innolux Corporation, a leading TFT LCD manufacturer based in Taiwan, with the aim of establishing a state-of-the-art display fabrication plant in India.
High-ranking executives from both companies recently held a meeting with Rajeev Chandrasekhar, the Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology.
