Kareena Kapoor Calls Singham Again ‘Male Testosterone Film,’ Says THIS About Deepika Padukone
Singham Again: Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor both have important parts to perform in this massive Bollywood masala extravaganza, the Crew actress pointed out.
Singham Again: With the release of Crew, which debuted in March to positive reviews, Kareena Kapoor Khan welcomed 2024 with a bang! She spoke about her upcoming Rohit Shetty film ‘Singham Again‘ in a recent interview with Variety from UN House. Singham 3 is a much-awaited film of the year, with an impressive ensemble that includes Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor. The film is a ‘completely male testosterone movie,’ Kareena Kapoor Khan said in a recent interview, highlighting the heavy presence of male characters.
In this major Bollywood masala extravaganza, she said that Deepika Padukone’s character and her own have significant parts. Kareena Kapoor said, “There’s Deepika (Padukone) and me in the film, where we have very strong parts. But obviously it’ll be really different, it is the big ticket Bollywood bonanza for this year, and I’m sure people will enjoy that (sic).”

Rohit Shetty shared a glimpse of Kareena Kapoor’s character on Instagram. The caption read- “Avni Bajirao Singham… We first worked together in 2007…3 blockbusters till now Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3, Singham returns… And now working on our fourth project… Singham Again…16 year long association. Nothing has changed, Bebo is still the same, simple, sweet and hardworking.”
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor will play the protagonist in Hansal Mehta’s forthcoming film, ‘The Buckingham Murders.’ In this movie, she plays a mother and an investigator who, after the terrible death of her kid, is determined to solve the murder of a ten-year-old in Buckinghamshire. Although the movie’s official release date is still unknown, it made its debut at MAMI 2023.
Since 2014, UNICEF has been a part of the Indian community for 75 years, and Kapoor Khan has been the organization’s celebrity spokesperson. The actor will assist UNICEF India in advancing every child’s right to gender equality, early childhood development, health, and education in her new capacity.
Kareena Kapoor expressed her belief that a sequel should be considered for Crew. The actress thought it offered a charming viewpoint on strong female characters who stood up for what they believed in and used their intelligence to effect change.
