Born on 26 November 1972 in Jabalpur, Arjun Rampal moved to Delhi to complete his education. At a celebration in Delhi, renowned fashion dressmaker Rohit Bal spotted him and signed him as a male model for his shows. In 1994, Arjun became awarded as the the Society Face of The Year, and quickly rose to the megastar as the rising Indian supermodel.

After establishing himself as a supermodel, he started getting a couple of film offers. Director Rajiv Rai also spotted him and signed him for a music video. Later he got a film offer often also called Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat. Unfortunately, Arjun’s debut failed at the box place of job, but he managed to bag other projects.

While he became struggling along side his acting career, he became also facing difficulty paying the rent.
