Pilates is a favourite workout among Bollywood actresses and the latest divas to master this trendy exercise are Ananya Panday and Khushi Kapoor. Well, it is the first time we’ve seen the duo doing a workout together. And seems like, they have become the new workout besties in B-Town! Namrata Purohit, a fitness instructor to both actresses, shared a glimpse of their intense Pilates session on Instagram. Have a look!

In the video, Khushi supported her hands on her thighs, while Ananya placed hers on the forehand. They bent their knees, drawing them closer to their chests, and repeated a similar motion. Khushi’s legs trembled from the effort of the demanding workout, yet she managed it with a smile. Her exercise partner was also in the same situation, laughing nervously.

Namrata commended the actresses for acing such a challenging workout session. Tagging Khushi Kapoor and Ananya Panday to the post, she wrote, “You did so well, really engaged your muscles and worked correctly! Of course I had to share this little fun glimpse of you’ll losing a bit of control on the limbs (laughing emoji)  but hey.. it’s all a part of getting fitter (fire emoji)  we all feel the shakes every now and then!”
