Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas lead a lavish lifestyle in Los Angeles. They have even purchased a sprawling abode for themselves that’s worth $ 20 million. However, due to several issues and problems cropping up, they have now decided to vacate the same.

The lawsuit was filed last year in May. The couple began facing issues like ‘porous waterproofing’ after the purchase that led to “fostered mold contamination and related issues.” There was water leak near the barbecue area too that led to the mansion being what has been described as ‘unlivable’.

A statement in the lawsuit

This has resulted in substantial and significant damage along with a failure of consideration which requires that the purchase and sale be rescinded. In the alternative, plaintiff should be reimbursed for all costs of repair, plus compensation for the loss of use and other damages caused by defendants’ conduct.

Reports say the couple along with its daughter Maltie, has moved to another property till the issues are resolved.
