Ratan Tata’s death leaves ex-girlfriend Simi Garewal emotionally devastated: ‘It’s too hard…’

Ratan Tata, Tata Group’s chairman emeritus and renowned philanthropist breathed his last on October 9. He became 86. Ratan died attributable to age-related ailments and has left many in shock. Where the total nation is mourning the loss of Ratan Tata, his ex-lady friend, actress and host Simi Garewal took to social media to share an old picture with the late industrialist and remembered him. Simi also wrote an emotional post, saying that his death has left her broken completely. Simi’s post read, “They say one can have long gone .. It’s too not easy to bear your loss..too not easy.. Ratan Tata and Simi Garewal’s love story

Simi Garewal and Ratan Tata reportedly shared a deep connection and a long history together, marking certainly one of many most significant relationships in both their lives. They were romantically involved and were also ready to get married. As with many of Ratan Tata’s other relationships, this also didn’t culminate in marriage, perchance attributable to timing, circumstances, or personal reasons.

In 2011’s interview, Simi admitted dating Ratan Tata. Describing Tata, she told TOI, “Ratan and I am going back some distance. He’s perfection, he’s got a sense of humour, is modest, and one of many most precise gentleman. Money became never his driving force. He’s now not as relaxed in India as he is in a foreign country.”

Ratan Tata had also opened up long back on why he doesn’t finally prove marrying after entering into a relationship. He said to PTI, “When you asked whether I’d ever been in love, I came seriously in the case of getting married four times and each time it got in the case of there and I guess I backed off in fear of one reason or another”.
