Sara Ali Khan’s Multiciolured Lehenga Made From 60-Year-Old Brocade Sarees is a Reminder to Revive Your Dadi or Nani’s Old Drapes- Pics

Sara Ali Khan was of the a bargain of Bollywood stars who graced the Ambani family’s Ganesh Chaturthi festivities at Antilia last night. She arrived on the event along with her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Sara wore a beautiful lehenga crafted from vintage brocade saris, inspiring you to revive your dadi or nani’s old drape into stunning pieces. Have a look!

Sara chose a different, custom-designed outfit by Mayyur Girotra Couture for the Ganesh Chaturthi. In keeping with the dressmaker, the lehenga was crafted from recycled sarees that could additionally be 50 to 60 years old, in my view sourced by him. He has woven together multi-colored vintage brocade saris into an intricate vibrant lehenga “capturing the rich history and artistry of Indian textiles.”

The Love Aaj Kal 2 actress teamed her A-line lehenga skirt with a deep-purple backless blouse, featuring dori ties, gold brocade embroidery, gotta patti borders, fitted bust and a sweetheart neckline. She elegantly paired her bronze-gold tissue silk dupatta over her arm and pinned the opposite end on the waist, giving a full sophisticated look.

For glam picks, Sara opted for subtle eyeshadow, dazzling highlighter, perfect brows, glowing skin and nude lip shade. For accessories, the actress chose a gold and polki choker necklace, jhumkis, and an announcement ring. Lastly Sara’s 1/2-tied hairdo, adorned with a purple flower sealed her ethnic OOTD.
