The many 'Nijjars' operating against India from Canadian soil as Justin Trudeau sides with Khalistanis

Relations between India and Canada hit rock bottom after PM Justin Trudeau made an explosive allegation in the Canadian Parliament that Ottawa was pursuing “credible allegations” from Canadian intelligence against New Delhi for playing a role in the killing of Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Nijjar was killed in June outside a temple in British Columbia.

The Trudeau-led government has been blaming New Delhi for interfering in Canada’s affairs, but has still not addressed to multiple deportation requests from India.

The issue of deportations has been raised at several meetings but Canadian authorities have remained non-committal and brazen in support of these elements. Also, Ottawa has not taken any action against those involved in heinous crimes.

As per reports, there are at least nine separatist outfits — including World Sikh Organization, Khalistan Tiger Force, Sikhs for Justice, and Babbar Khalsa International — that have their bases in Canada.
