‘The Matter Of Shakib Bhai Is Different Issue’, Says Bangladesh Captain Najmul Shanto On Discussions Of Murder FIR At Home

New Delhi: After getting a clean win Against Pakistan in a Test series, On the return of the team back to Bangladesh, the captain of Bangladesh Najmul Hossain declared that if there should be any discussions about the murder accusations on Shakib Al Hasan after the team reaches home from Pakistan, “every player” will side with the all-rounder. Hossain also lauded Shakib’s passion and dedication towards the team.

Shakib won’t be in Bangladesh when Chief Advisor of the meantime government, Professor Muhammad Yunus, hosts the celebrations of their Test series win over Pakistan as he'll be playing county cricket.
“The matter of Shakib Bhai is a different issue,” Hossain told reporters after arrival from Pakistan, as quoted by Cricbuzz. “Nonetheless, every player supports Shakib Bhai. Everybody knows how dedicated he is to playing and how passionate he is ready the game. He always thinks of the team first. If the issue is discussed with the Chief Advisor all during the reception, every player shall be on the side of Shakib.”
Though the ICC’s law states that national teams can’t to find players with criminal charges, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has now not heeded it yet, citing that the Sheikh Hasina government, participated in both Tests against Pakistan and can now play one game for Surret within the County Championship.
Hossain also said Bangladesh are becoming so an exceptional deal self assurance from their win within the Test series against Pakistan and can now work on a brand new plan to counter India within the other series in September.
“Every cricketer will gain self assurance from the kind of series win. The team’s morale shall be boosted. The series against India will no doubt be not easy, and we should come up with a brand new plan. If we give our best performance, we're going to reach good results,” said Nazmul.
The first Test match between India and Bangladesh will start off on September 19.
