THIS Gujarat Titans batter rains sixes in CPL T20 league to eliminate Shah Rukh Khan-owned Trinibago Knight Riders

Barbados Royals had their backs against the wall as an unfortunate floodlight failure at the National Stadium in Providence, Guyana saw a reduced over match in the Eliminator game of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) T20 league 2024 on Tuesday night. A two-hour delay similtaneously the light became fixed saw the Barbados Royals set a revised target of 60 runs in 5 overs.

One man – South Africa and Gujarat Titans batter David Miller – single-handedly won the game for Royals, smashing a blazing 50 off 17 balls to remove Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan-owned Trinibago Knight Riders from the competition. TKR lost the clash, despite a fine ninety one off 60 balls from in-form batter Nicholas Pooran studded with 5 sixes and 6 fours.

Miller’s brutal knock, coming in at No. three, included 5 sixes and three fours, as the Royals reached their target with Four balls to spare.
