WATCH: PM Modi, UK PM Rishi Sunak hold bilateral meeting in Delhi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Saturday held a bilateral meeting in Delhi on the sidelines of the G20 Summit and discussed a range of issues.
In a video posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, PM Modi is seen greeting Sunak with a firm handshake and a warm hug.

Taking to X earlier, Sunak said G20 leaders are meeting at a time of enormous challenges and the world is looking to the G20 once again to provide leadership.
“15 years ago, G20 leaders came together for the first time to restore global growth after the financial crisis. We meet at a time of enormous challenges – the world is looking to the G20 once again to provide leadership. Together I believe we can address these challenges,” Sunak wrote on X.

This is Rishi Sunak’s first official visit to India since he became Britain Prime Minister.
Sunak arrived in New Delhi on Friday for the G20 Leaders’ Summit and started the three-day visit with an interaction with British Council students and staff with wife Akshata Murty ahead of the first set of official multilateral discussions taking place today.
