Indian Americans have become a living bridge and the driving force of our relationship, said US State Department’s spokesperson, Margaret MacLeod while talking about India-US relations.

“We see that our leaders share a very warm relationship. This is a symbol of the relations between our people because Americans and Indians, especially Indian Americans, who become a living bridge are the driving force of our relationship,” she said.

The G20 member countries represent around 85 per cent of the global GDP, over 75 per cent of the global trade and about two-thirds of the world population.

The G20comprises Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK, the US and the European Union (EU).
