Besides being a flawless actress, Shraddha Kapoor is also a very talented singer and she has never shied away from proving her mettle on multiple occasions. From lending her voice to her film songs to performing at various events, the actress has often left fans impressed with her talent and also received formal recognition for the same. Shraddha Kapoor seems to have developed her singing interest after inheriting the talent from her maternal grandfather and classical singer Pandharinath Kolhapure, and grand aunt Asha Bhosle. She once again graced the stage recently at the Jio World Plaza opening ceremony, leaving the audience mesmerised with her soulful voice.
At the prestigious event that took place in Mumbai recently, the actress took to the stage and sang her rendition version of Asha Bhosle’s Aao Huzoor Tumko from the 1961 classic film, Kismat.
Dressed in traditional attire, the actress looked beautiful in a stunning red saree paired with a black blouse and gold jewellery. She completed her look with loose curls and dark red lips and we can say the actress looked absolutely stunning!
Soon after Shraddha’s video was shared online, fans lauded the actress and expressed their love with red heart emojis. Many other celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, and Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with the Ambanis graced the star-studded event.
Previously, Shraddha Kapoor won hearts with her singing prowess in Galliyan from Ek Villain. She went on to lent her voice to Sab Tera in Baaghi, the reprise version of Bezubaan Phir Se in ABCD 2, Tere Mere Dil and Chal Udd Ja Re in Rock On 2, and Phir Bhi Tumko Chahunga in Half Girlfriend.
Shraddha Kapoor’s professional commitments
On the work front, Shraddha Kapoor will be seen next in her 2018 hit film Stree sequel, titled Stree 2, opposite Rajkummar Rao. The horror comedy is slated to hit theatres in August 2024.
