Inside the video she says, ” My day begins with a tumbler of jeera water and cinnamon, water on empty stomach followed by a 23 hour fast that I break at 5pm with healthy snack. I revel in one balanced meal at 5:30 pm high protein, rich fibre and right kind quantity of complex carbs. I center of attention on nutrition and now not calories. I finish the day with 26K step.”
