New Delhi: A 12-year-old girl from Bengaluru, Kyna Khare, has achieved an extraordinary milestone by becoming the world’s youngest female master scuba diver. Her remarkable journey is marked by immense dedication, skill, and an unwavering passion for the underwater world. Kyna embarked on her scuba diving adventure at the tender age of 10, taking her first dive in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Captivated by the experience, she pursued rigorous training, completing numerous diving courses and dives across various locations worldwide, including Bali, Thailand, and the Maldives. Her accomplishments are truly remarkable, encompassing advanced open water certification, underwater photography, specialized Nitrox diving, perfect buoyancy control, rescue diver training, and various specialty courses.

This culminated in her recognition as a Master Diver, a prestigious title awarded to young divers who demonstrate exceptional knowledge, proficiency, and commitment. Kyna’s journey was supported by her parents, mother Anshuma and her father, who share a love for scuba diving. Despite initial hesitations, they encouraged her passion, ensuring all safety protocols were followed meticulously.
