Anushka Sharma dropped a heartfelt post for husband Virat Kohli and other men in blue after their 'phenomenal victory' at the Ind vs SA T20 World Cup Final.
India won the T20 World Cup for the first time in 17 years on Saturday. Mohammed Siraj, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Hardik Pandya were all quite emotional. These cricketers were all seen with tears in their eyes after the fantastic victory. The win against South Africa in the T20 World Cup 2024 final match was all the more merited considering that India was about to lose a third ICC competition final in less than a year. Now, Anushka Sharma, a Bollywood star and Virat Kohli’s wife, shared a touching message on social media following India’s triumph.
Anushka Sharma revealed that their daughter Vamika questioned whether the men in blue had someone to comfort them during their emotional breakdown. Dropping the pictures from the tearful celebration, she said, “Our daughter’s biggest concern was if all the players had someone to hug them after she saw them cry on tv….. Yes, My darling, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people (red heart emoji) What a phenomenal victory and what a legendary achievement!! CHAMPIONS – CONGRATULATIONS!!
