Conman Sukesh vows to expose 'unseen' chats, recordings in response to Jacqueline's charges

Sukesh Chandrashekhar, prime accused in Rs 200 crore money laundering cases, has up his ante against Jacqueline Fernandez after she asked the Delhi High Court to drop charges against her. The conman has now vowed to reveal all “unseen” evidences against the Bollywood actress.

According to a report by India Today, Sukesh has also claimed the investigations done in the case were “biased” as he was protecting the interests of “this person”.

Sukesh, however, did not directly named Jacqueline, but the report said his lawyer Anant Malik confirmed that the person he referred to in the letter was the actress.

‘No choice than exposing her reality’: Sukesh in new letter

In a fresh letter, the conman said he will expose the reality of “this person” and will reveal all the “unseen” evidence, including chats, screenshots, recordings.

“Since ‘that person’ made him the devil, he has no choice than exposing her reality in open,” Sukesh said.

He further said he would soon reveal all the overseas financial transactions and investments which were kept as secret to “protect this person”.

Sukesh even claimed to have made payments worth few million dollars to enhance her social media platform to compete with her prominent colleague.

“Even the smallest fact of payments worth few million dollars paid for social platform enhancement to compete and race against a very prominent individual colleague of this person also will be brought in open with the entire relevant payment invoice paid by me, as in accordance of Indian Evidence Act,” Sukesh said.

‘World needs to know the truth’

In his letter, Sukesh further said he would now go all out to “expose anything in accordance to law”.

“The world needs to know the truth, the reality,” he said.

“With a shattered heart, he has decided not to stay hurt, numb or quiet, one should know truth is very powerful,” the letter read.

The conman further said “I was shocked, frozen as after all that you do, protect, safeguard someone, they turn around, stab you back hard, as they think now that they are safe and act victimised and start blame games, and point saying look here is the Devil, the Bad Guy.”

“Realisation is very important for one. You can’t let anyone stab you or underestimate or take you for granted. You need to make that other person realise what they are doing is wrong. To make one realise can get you in a very hard situation, because your heart melts,” he said.

Jacqueline moves Delhi Court

Days after approaching the Delhi High Court seeking to quash the FIR against her in the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving Sukesh, Jacqueline, on Wednesday, moved a court in the national capital seeking protection from intimidation from Sukesh.

Responding to her plea, the Delhi HC had reportedly questioned her “Why does the court need to exercise its quashing power today?” to which actress’ lawyer responded on her behalf saying, “This person (Sukesh Chandrashekhar) made a fool out of me. He is sitting in jail and carrying out extortion and fraud from there.”

Meanwhile, in a Delhi Court on Wednesday, Jacqueline told that she had been receiving barrage of letters and messages from the conman which posed a substantial threat to her safety.

She even claimed that Sukesh had been intentionally writing these letter to the electronic and print media.

The actor said she lodged a complaint with the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), underscoring the alarming attempts by Sukesh to establish illicit contact with her.

Sukesh, who is currently lodged in jail, had been writing letters to Jacqueline, wishing the actress on several occasions. He at times also addressed the letters to the media, thanking them for ‘putting out his version’ in the open.

The EoW in its response said, “It has been observed that the accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar has been in the habit of sending letters, concerning Jacqueline to media platforms, through various means, which is not only harassing/threatening her directly, but also affecting her social/professional assignments.”

“Such aggravating nature of the threat/harassment to the victim/applicant is a matter of grave concern for the investigating agency that an important witness of the case is being coerced/harassed/ threatened by the accused. It will have serious implications on the conduct of the trial of the case, concerning Jacqueline,” it stated.

The next hearing in the case will be taken up on 17 January.
