One of the heartbreaking news that 2020 gave us was the tragic death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. While it has been almost four years since the actor’s sudden demise, his avid fans continue to remember him, paying emotional tributes time and again. When remembering Sushant Singh Rajput, his last film ‘Dil Bechara’ remains a memorable one where he portrays the role of “Manny”. Casting director Mukesh Chhabra, who made his directorial debut with Dil Bechara, recently shared a piece of fresh news, leaving fans emotional once again.

Taking to his X handle, Chhabra dropped a hint about the sequel of the film and has got the internet’s internet. While he refrained from sharing any further information, he only wrote, “Dil Bechara 2.”

About Dil Bechara

Released just a month after the actor’s death, Dil Bechara also features actress Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role. The film is based on the English novel ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ and is a remake of the Hollywood film of the same name.

Chhabra who was one of the actor’s close friends once spoke about their bond and experience while working on the film. “We used to be always each other’s stress buster. When we got the opportunity, we used to dance and sing on the sets,” he said.
