The film centres on Dr. Ranveer Malhotra (Amitabh Bachchan), a protective father who wants to protect his younger daughter Ria Malhotra (Bipasha Basu) from her violent, unpredictable boyfriend Aryan Trivedi (John Abraham). Inspired by the 1996 American film fear, it also features Supriya Pilgaonkar, Tom Alter, Ali Asgar, Prithvi Zutshi, and Shruti Ulfat in supporting roles.

Well, the film received mixed reviews from the target market and critics. Made below Rs 9 crore, the film even failed to improve its total cost.
