Sonakshi Sinha’s Brother Kussh Sinha Refutes Rumours of Missing Sister’s Wedding: ‘Not Being Spotted Doesn’t Mean…’
While fans speculated that Sonakhsi Sinha's brother Luv and Kussh Sinha did not receive the wedding. However, now addressed the matter and refuted the rumours, confirming that he was indeed at the wedding.
Sonakshi Sinha garnered all the headlines after she tied the knot with her longtime beau, Zaheer Iqbal. While the entire Sinha family was present for their daughter’s big day, her twin brothers, Luv Sinha and Kussh Sinha, were reportedly absent from the wedding. This led to speculation and questions about why the brothers did not attend the ceremony. However, Kussh has now addressed the matter and refuted the rumours, confirming that he was indeed at the wedding.
During an interview with News18, Kussh refuted the rumours of family discord and said, “I have already seen people publishing inaccurate information. It started with an article in a leading portal that had a quote from an unnamed source. I am not sure who’s doing all this right now and where it’s coming from. But a few houses have my images (from the night).” He added that just because he was not papped or spotted doesn’t mean he did not attend the ceremony.
He said, “It’s just that I am a private individual, and I am not seen that much, but that doesn’t mean that I wasn’t there.”
Kussh mentioned that this is a ‘sensitive time’ for the family. However, he also extended his best wishes to his sister. “I was present, and I have only good wishes for my sister and will always wish her well,” he asserted. Apart from Kussh, his brother Luv was also asked about his absence from his sister’s wedding, to which he replied, “Please give it a day or two. I’ll respond to your question then if I feel I can. Thank you for asking.”
Sonakshi and Zaheer shared a joint post on Instagram and revealed that after years of dating, they decided to tie the knot on the very same day they started their relationship, June 23. The couple also posted a bunch of dreamy pictures from their wedding, delighting their fans.
Sharing the post, Sonakshi and Zaheer said, “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017), in each other’s eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today, that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs, leading up to this moment where, with the blessings of both our families and both our gods, we are now man and wife. Here’s to love, hope, and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever.”

Sonakshi Sinha tied the knot with her boyfriend of seven years, Zaheer Iqbal, in a ceremony attended by her parents, Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha, along with a few family members and close friends. The registered marriage was followed by a grand celebration at an upscale restaurant in Mumbai.
