Steve Smith predicted Virat Kohli would win a 100-meter sprint among himself, Babar Azam, and Kane Williamson, citing Kohli's superior fitness.
New Delhi: Star Australian cricketer Steve Smith believes that India’s batting famous person Virat Kohli may okay be the winner of a 100-metre sprint featuring him, Kohli, Pakistan’s Babar Azam and New Zealand’s Kane Williamson. As per Smith, the previous India skipper’s fitness will benefit him within the race.
The previous Australia skipper revealed this observation right through a Q & A session on ESPNcricinfo. The queries included his favourite cricketing venue in India, a current batter he likes to observe and various more.
When asked about who will win a 100m sprint among him, Virat Kohli, Babar Azam and Kane Williamson. Smith with none hesitation took Virat’s name. “Most definitely Virat. He’s a fit guy, so I would keep company with Virat,” Smith answered.
Kohli and Smith have forged a bond stuffed with mutual respect for one yet another over time. Both the stars were in action on the cricket ground on Thursday, September 19. Kohli got out on six runs within the first innings of the first Test against Bangladesh in Chennai. Smith lost his wicket for 32 off 28 deliveries within the first ODI against England in Nottingham.
