Zoya Hussain Says ‘It’s Personal’ on Link-Up Rumours With ‘Close Friend’ Jim Sarbh

Prateek Kuhad’s song ‘cold/mess’ featured the captivating chemistry of Jim Sarbh and Zoya Hussain. The duo portrayed a turbulent pair resolving relationship problems in the ‘cold/mess’ music video. The song even made it onto former US President Barack Obama’s list of his favourite songs of the year. However, there’s more to the song’s rhythm that stayed with people. Jim and Zoya’s unspeakable fiery chemistry sparked dating rumours but neither of the two addressed the hearsay. Now in the latest interview, the ‘Mukkabaaz‘ actor addressed the link-up rumours, saying that they’re ‘just friends.’

Speaking to News18, Zoya Hussain said, “It’s personal. It’s my personal life. I’m not aware of what’s written about me, so I don’t know what to say. It’s true that Jim and I are very good friends. It’s also true that we’re very close.”

Jim and Zoya have co-created ‘Crew Cut,’ a YouTube series that journals the work done by people behind the camera.

On the work front, Jim was in the second season of the Amazon Prime series ‘Made in Heaven.’ He was also nominated for his first International Emmy Award for Rocket Boys in the ‘Best Performance’ category.  He played the part of Homi Bhabha, the nuclear physicist and father of India’s nuclear program, in the television series. Zoya, on the other hand, recently appeared with Manoj Bajpayee in ‘Bhaiyya Ji.’ The action-thriller premiered on May 24.
