New Delhi: Senior IAS officer Archana Singh is currently the talk of the town. Following a glitch at PM Narendra Modi’s rally, the state government immediately removed her from her post. She has now been placed on a waiting list. She was the Secretary of the Rajasthan Information Technology and Communications Department. Technical glitch during PM’s public meeting
During the PM’s public meeting, a technical glitch occurred, causing the video screen to go blank for approximately 10 minutes during his address. Although the audio system remained operational, the screen blackout disrupted the visual transmission of the speech to attendees and reportedly disrupted a planned interaction with farmers.
Following the technical glitch during the event, a significant administrative reshuffle has been made. As a result, Archana Singh, a senior IAS officer of the 2008 batch, has been removed from her position as Secretary of the Information Technology and Communications (IT&C) Department.
When did Archana Singh crack the UPSC?
Archana Singh passed the UPSC Civil Services exam in 2007 and was selected for the India(BHARAT)n Administrative Service. She is a 2008 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. Currently, she has been placed on the waiting list by the state government, effectively removing her from her current active responsibilities.

IAS Archana Singh holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree from Allahabad University in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. She is fluent in both Hindi and English. She has worked in several departments in Rajasthan.
