Patna: In a major development in Bihar politics, Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday has been named as the national working president of the Rashtriya Janata Dal amid the explosive family rift. The decision has made a generational transition at the party’s top level as recalibrates its strategy in Bihar. The announcement was made at the opening session of the RJD’s national executive meeting in Patna. Durin the event, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav presented the appointment letter to Tejashwi. His mother Rabri Devi was also present at the event.
