The filmmaker visited the divine land of Ayodhaya yesterday along with his wife and talented, finest actress Shefali Shah as they were invited by the Ram Janmabhoomi trust authority to become a part of the epic celebration.

On their visit to Ayodhya, the duo sought the blessing of Lord Ram, and following the completion of Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav, they shared a candid picture on social media.

Along with Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Shah, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, filmmaker Rohit Shetty, and Rajkumar Hirani also attended the grand event of Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav.

Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan has purchased land in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. As per the report by Hindustan Times, the land is over 1,000 sqft. and is located 15 minutes away from the temple, which is going to be inaugurated later this month. It has costed the star over Rs 14.5 crore.
