The trailer of Yami Gautam’s highly-awaited film ‘Article 370‘ was unveiled on Thursday, 8 February. While the trailer received a good response from the audience, it was something else that has now got the internet talking. Actress Yami Gautam is all set to embrace motherhood as she also confirmed her pregnancy with her husband Aditya Dhar at the trailer launch event. Yami who was accompanied by her director-husband attended the trailer launch event and the baby bump was quite noticeable.
In videos going viral on social media, the actress can be seen flaunting her adorable baby bump.
Yami Gautam, Aditya Dhar to embrace parenthood
Marking their first appearance as parents-to-be, Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar arrived at the trailer launch of their upcoming film Article 370 hand-in-hand on Thursday. Visibly happy and excited, the actress was all smiles as she posed for the media.
Later, during the media interaction, Aditya Dhar confirmed the news and said, “The film is a family affair. My brother was there, my wife was there and there is a baby on its way. It was an amazing time, the way the film happened, the way we got to know about the baby,” as reported by The Indian Express.
Apart from the director, the mom-to-be Yami was also seen speaking about her pregnancy and her experience of shooting. “It was mentally draining. I could write a thesis on it. There were so many questions. The first ones are always challenging. I really don’t know what I would have done had Aditya not been by my side and Lokesh Bhaiyya and everybody.”
According to a Hindustan Times report, the actress has been pregnant for five and a half months now and it is probably going to be May baby. For the unversed, the couple after dating for a couple of years got married in June 2021.
About Article 370
Yami Gautam will be next seen in Aditya Suhas Jambhale’s Article 370. She will be portraying the role of an intelligence agent who seeks revocation of Article 370, a special status granted to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar and will hit theatres on 23 February 2024.
