MP celebrates Ram Lalla idol consecration with devotional chants; CM offers prayers at Orchha temple

The dedication of the new Ram Lalla idol at the Ayodhya temple on Monday was celebrated by people all throughout Madhya Pradesh with prayers, devotional music, and "Jai Shri Ram" shouts.

Virtually observing the consecration event from the Ram Raja Temple in the MP town of Orchha was Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.

Former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan followed Yadav as they both performed prayers at the temple at Orchha, also known as Chhoti Ayodhya, in the state's Niwari district.

It is believed by devotees that Lord Ram spends his days at Orchha and his nights in the nearby state of Uttar Pradesh, namely Ayodhya.

Krishna's home Mathura celebrates Ram Lalla's consecration; 700 temples organise activities

More than 700 temples are decorated for the consecration event at Ayodhya's Ram temple, which is being commemorated with great enthusiasm and festivities ranging from Sunder Kand performances to sand art displays.

The Krishna Janmasthan Temple is located in Mathura, where bhandaras, or communal kitchens, have been put up in several areas of the city and all main crossings have been adorned.

The statues were made to resemble Lord Ram and Sita inside the Radha-Krishna mandir inside the temple complex, according to Kapil Sharma, secretary of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Seva Sansthan. at homage to Ram Lalla's pran pratishtha at Ayodhya, the image of Lord Krishna at the Banke Bihari Temple carried a bow and arrow in addition to the traditional flute.

The event, which will start at 10 am and include some of the biggest names in music, will take place.

The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Shri Ram Lalla at the Ayodhya Temple will begin at 12:30 p.m.

While towns all around the nation have been decked up with lights, enormous cutouts of Lord Ram, and posters with religious statements linked to Lord Ram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has been decked out with posters and flags of Lord Ram.

Speaking to ANI, Special DG Prashant Kumar said, “This is a significant undertaking for the UP Police. It poses both a challenge and an opportunity. Extensive security arrangements have been put in place, including traffic diversions from surrounding districts. Only authorised vehicles are permitted to enter Ayodhya starting tomorrow.”

Additionally, sophisticated seating arrangements have been constructed for invitees. There will be sector-specific deployments of authorities and workers to manage security and preparations.

According to the special DG, the entire district now has around 10,000 CCTV cameras, and cooperation with central and state authorities has been created.

According to officials, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has established a camp near the Ayodhya temple to respond to any exigencies that arise.

As devotees and dignitaries began to arrive at Ayodhya’s Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, anti-bomb and dog squad teams were deployed.

People from all around the world are preparing for enormous festivities, expressing their unrestrained delight and devotion for this historic moment.

The idol of Shri Ram Lalla, which was carved by well-known Mysuru sculptor Arun Yogiraj, was earlier on Thursday, January 18, and was put within the temple’s sanctum sanctorum.

The idol’s first picture, which was concealed by a veil, was made public on Thursday at the sanctum sanctorum placing ceremony.

Beginning on January 16, one week before to the major celebration, Vedic rites were performed for Ram Lalla’s Pran-Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya.
