New Delhi: Former India captain Bhachung Bhutia has resigned from the All India Football Federation’s (AIFF) technical committee alleging that the panel became ‘bypassed’ whilst appointing the countrywide adult males’s crew head coach. The AIFF on Saturday named Spaniard Manolo Marquez as the head coach of the Indian countrywide football crew, altering Igor Stimac, who became sacked best month.
