Bilateral relations between India and Pakistan have further deteriorated following the Pahalgam terror attack which claimed 26 lives of tourists.
New Delhi: Pakistan Defence Minister Khawaja Asif issued a warning to India that if it violates the Indus Water Treaty and builds any construction to halt or divert the water, then this would also be thought of as an attack in opposition to his country, and its army will execute the improvement. He stated that “violating the Indus Water Treaty is now not easy, this would also be a declaration of war in opposition to Pakistan. An attack is now not dinky to correct firing cannonballs or weapons, it has many forms, one amongst which is this. Attributable to this, the folks of the country can die of starvation or thirst.”
