Latest Controversy

Recently, there have been many controversies surrounding Deepika Padukone’s exclusion from Kalki 2898 AD – Part 2. According to the reports, she allegedly requested shorter shooting hours of just seven hours a day and also asked for a 25% increase in her fees. As the producer couldn’t meet her demand, they made an official announcement about her exit.

Besides this, she was also previously dropped from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Spirit due to similar concerns about fee hikes and profit-sharing demands. After Deepika exit, this role was taken over by Tripti Dimri.
