Delhi Blast Update: The deadly blast near the Red Fort of Delhi earlier this month took 14 lives. It’s allegedly linked to an interstate terror module in which many arrests have been made so far. The case was taken by the National Investigation Authority (NIA), which on Thursday took Shaheen Saeed to Al-Falah University. Shaheen Saeed is one of the primary accused in the blast case. Out of many individuals linked to Faridabad’s Al-Falah University, she’s one of them.
Who’s Shaheen Saeed?
Shaheen Saeed is one of the arrested individuals linked to the interstate terror module case and hailed from Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow. She worked at Al-Falah University as a professor. However, the title ‘doctor’ from her name was removed later as she was allegedly involved in building a network of ‘terror doctors’.
The investigations revealed that she was called ‘Madam Surgeon’ by her partners. Out of many insights retrieved from her phone, one was frequent group communication in which she was talking to other women with coded language like ‘Madam X’ and ‘Madam Z’.
What’s NIA doing?
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday took Shaheen to multiple locations. These included Al-Falah University campus’ room number 22. Shaheen had her cabin installed there. She was made to meet with the Al-Falah University’s vice chancellor by the NIA. She was married to another accused, Muzammil Shakeel Ganai, in the case, as revealed by Muzammil himself. The Investigation Agency also took Shaheen to the rented flat of the couple in Faridabad’s Khori Jamalpur.
Delhi Blast Case Update
The fatal blast in Delhi took place on November 10, which resulted in the killing of 14 individuals. Before the blast, several arrests were made from different states, and an interstate terror module was decoded. After the blast, the NIA’s investigation revealed that it was linked to the former arrests. Since then, several revelations have been made, and the agency is actively investigating the matter to discover all the details.
