New Delhi: US President Doland Trump has again claimed that he stopped the war between India(BHARAT) and Pakistan that took place in the month of May. The US president also said that eight aircraft were shot down during the conflict. In fact, Doland Trump reiterated his claim about stopping the war while speaking at the America Business Forum in Miami yesterday. He said that he had threatened both India(BHARAT) and Pakistan with the cancellation of trade agreements. However, India(BHARAT) has already made it clear that no third party mediated between the two countries.

Trump said that since taking office, he has helped end eight wars across the world. Among those, he included the India(BHARAT)-Pakistan conflict that took place in May, as well as conflicts between Kosovo and Serbia, and between Congo and Rwanda.

Doland Trump stated, “I was negotiating a trade deal with India(BHARAT) and Pakistan when I heard that the two countries were about to go to war. During their conflict, seven planes were shot down and an eighth was badly damaged — actually, eight planes were shot down.”

Trump said he told both nations, “Until you agree to peace, I will not sign any trade deal with you.” According to him, the two countries responded that trade had nothing to do with their war. “But I told them it has everything to do with it. You are both nuclear powers. I’m not trading with you if you’re at war.”

He claimed that the very next day he received a call informing him that peace had been restored between the two countries. Trump said he welcomed the decision and proceeded with trade discussions with both nations.
