It became his simplest film ever to be produced despite having star actors your entire way during the movie. Can you guess the name of this film?

Ratan Tata simplest produced this film…

Good fortune didn’t favour Tata when he tried his hand on the film industry. The first and simplest film ever to be produced by businessman Ratan became Aetbaar. Lower than the banner of Tata Infomedia, Rata Tata invested his money in Aebaar which became released your entire way during the year 2004. No matter having big stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, and John Abraham your entire way during the lead roles, the romantic-psychological thriller had a disastrous run on the box office. Directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Ratan Tata, the film incurred a big loss and didn’t kind of connect well with the audience.

Even after having a celeb-studded cast, Aetbaar couldn’t do its magic on the box office. This badly back-fired on Ratan Tata and he never lo0oked back again at Bollywood. Aetbaar became inspired by the American film Fear released in 1996. The narrative of this film revolves around a protective father who tries to save his daughter from a psychopathic boyfriend at any cost.

Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of Dr Ranveer Malhotra, whereas Bipasha Basu portrays Ria Malhotra, and John Abraham who plays the character of a psychopath lover is Aryan Trivedi, who's head over heels in love with Ria. Though Ratan Tata had a a lot higher expectations from Aetbaar. The film couldn’t even match one percent of his happiness. His simplest ever film to be produced shattered in a matter of few days.

Media reports suggest that Ratan Tata’s film made a total collection of Rs 4.25 crore in India, whereas worldwide Aetbaar had a luckless collection of a mere Rs 7.Ninety six crore. The film’s collection fell drastically that it couldn’t even recuperate the invested amount of Rs 9.50 crores. After taking a look on the condition of his film. Ratan Tata made up our minds never to invest money in entertainment business again.
