Big-funds movies are assuredly promoted hits even sooner than their free up. Whereas many such labored at the sphere space of business, a couple of shatter-landed too. The Kannada version starred V. Ravichandran in the lead, whereas Telugu version featured Nagarjuna. Lastly, Rajinikanth became solid to star in Tamil and Telugu remakes. Actresses Juhi Chawla, Khushbu, and Anant Nag performed lead in all three versions.

Shanti Kranti became India’s most costly film at the time made on a hefty funds of Rs 10 crore, breaking all-time document of Ajooba. When released in September 1991, the final four versions were announced big failures. It earned Rs 8 crore which became now not sufficient to recover its funds. Truly, the film struggled to earn a tight opening in any language.

Despite the presence of a star studded solid including Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, and Juhi Chawla, the film couldn’t be saved and became India’s most exciting field space of business bomb at the time.

Ravichandran borrowed a 50 acre of empty land to shoot the climax scene. He spent his life financial savings on mountainous sets and VFX, which triggered him an absence of Rs 10 crore and additional upon free up. Ravichandran became in the sort of monetary hurt that he became bankrupt. He survived by making remakes of Tamil and Telugu movies. Later, these B-grade movies saved his drowning profession in the 90s.
