According to Michael Rubin, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, Ankara could be Israel’s next target, issuing a warning that the Middle Eastern country should not rely on its North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) membership as far as security is concerned.

Israeli academic and political figure Meir Masri took to X and shared a post hinting that Qatar will soon be taken over by Israel.
“Today Qatar, tomorrow Turkey,” he wrote. This post has prompted a sharp response from Turkey.
Al Jazeera reported that a senior adviser to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan used harsh language and said, “Dogs of Zionist Israel… the world will soon find peace when your name is wiped off the map.”
Notably, hateful rhetorics and verbal spats have already started between the leaders of the two countries. It is most likely that this could escalate into war at any time.
