‘Kaun hai Shah Rukh Khan? Everyone will forget him by…’, Vivek Oberoi’s shocking statement breaks internet, says this about Ranbir Kapoor

Shah Rukh Khan has been a star in films for over 30 years. 60-year-old SRK made a comeback four years after the failure of ‘Zero’ and delivered several superhit films like ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’. This clearly shows that his reign hasn’t diminished. But actor Vivek Oberoi believes that the world may forget Shah Rukh in the next few decades.

Vivek Oberoi’s shocking statement on Shah Rukh Khan

Vivek Oberoi, in an interview, said that after a certain point, a person becomes just a footnote in history. He further said that people like Raj Kapoor are like gods to cinema lovers, but today’s generation probably doesn’t even know about them. Speaking to Pinkvilla, Vivek Oberoi said, “Ask anyone today who starred in which film in the 1960s, and no one cares. You’ll be consigned to history anyway. Maybe in 2050, people will be asking, ‘Who’s Shah Rukh Khan?'”

‘Who would know Ranbir Kapoor’s grandfather?’ Says Vivek Oberoi

He then immediately brought up Raj Kapoor, saying that Ranbir Kapoor’s fans might not know much about his grandfather. He said, “Like, nowadays people ask, ‘Who is Raj Kapoor?’ You and I, we call him the God of Cinema, but if you ask any of Ranbir Kapoor’s young fans, they might not even know who Raj Kapoor was. So maybe history pushes you into oblivion.”

Shah Rukh set to dominate the Box Office Collection

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest superstars of the past few decades. He was last seen in three films in 2023: Pathan, Jawaan, and Donkey. These three films grossed over Rs 2,600 crore worldwide. The teaser for his next film, “King,” was released on his 60th birthday. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film also stars Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Raghav Juyal, Arshad Warsi, and Abhishek Bachchan, among others.
SRK was seen in his son’s show

However, Shah Rukh recently made a cameo appearance in his son Aryan Khan’s debut Netflix show, “The Baddies of Bollywood.” Shah Rukh also produced the show, which features cameos from SS Rajamouli, Karan Johar, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and many others.
