The tech giant uses a secret system to ensure certain former employees don't rejoin the company.

Meta (META) has been wrapped up in controversy over the previous few weeks. The tech big, which owns Facebook and Instagram, no longer too long ago faced criticism over the way it conducted its fresh job cuts, which kicked off in mid-February.
When Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg first announced the job cuts in January, which involves firing 5% of the corporate’s personnel, he acknowledged that they may be based on efficiency, and that the corporate would be hiring new workers this year to substitute folks which may be let toddle.
