Pune: In a breaking development from Maharashtra, NCP Chief Sharad Pawar has been taken to hospital to Pune hospital due to throat infection. The NCP Chief was taken to the hospital from his residence in Baramati on Monday afternoon following complaints related to the throat as well as coughing. Why was NCP Chief Sharad Pawar taken to hospital?

As per a report by PTI news agency, a close aide was quoted as saying that the 85-year-old opposition stalwart was being taken to Ruby Hall Clinic as he is suffering from a throat infection. Weeks after Ajit Pawar’s death, Ruby Hall Clinic chief cardiologist and managing trustee Dr Parvez Grant confirmed the development about Sharad Pawar’s hospital admission.

“Upon arrival, a team of doctors will check him and accordingly further course of action will be decided,” Dr Grant was quoted as saying by the PTI report.

Sharad Pawar requests people not to bring politics

NCP veteran Sharad Pawar shared first reaction on Ajit Pawar’s death. In his first reaction, the NCP leader said that politics should be kept away from the death of Ajit Pawar’s plane crash.

“A stand was floated from Kolkata that there is some politics involved in this incident. But there is nothing like this. There is no politics in it. It was an accident. I request not to bring politics into it,” Sharad Pawar said while rejecting the allegations of politics involved in this incident”, the NCP leader said.
