Despite turning 60, Nita looks as young as 31. On the occasion of Ladies’s Day this year, Nita shared a heartfelt message to the total women and entreated them to take care of their health. In a most modern conversation, Nita’s health coach, Vinod Channa, unfolded referring to the secret of the main woman of Ambani’s health.
In an interview with BollywoodShaadis, Vinod revealed that Nita always listens to his advice whereas figuring out. Vinod talked about that after coaching individuals over 50, particularly women, every part should be considered, as all americans has a obvious standard of living.
“The exercise is made up our minds by me. She is figuring out. She works very arduous and is able to work out. Whatever I am announcing, she follows, and because of that, she is able to reach the target,” Vinod acknowledged.

Vinod is a famous health coach, and he handles the total A-checklist celebs. Rather then Nita Ambani, Vinod also trained Isha Ambani and Anant Ambani. He's better known for Anant Ambani’s transformation poke, where the youngest son of the industry Mukesh Ambani lost a huge 108 kgs in 18 months.
