On Monday in Jerusalem, Rubio said that the people of Gaza could have a better future, but that is not possible until Hamas is eliminated.

Tel Aviv: In a stern message, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that attacks on Hamas leaders will continue. Netanyahu also warned that in the future, Hamas could be targeted outside Gaza as well. PM Netanyahu made this statement on Monday after meeting with US Secretary of State Marco. To recall, Israel carried out attacks on Hamas leaders in Doha, the capital of Qatar, last week. The attack drew widespread criticism. Despite this, Netanyahu said that such strikes may continue.
Netanyahu, while speaking at a joint press conference in Jerusalem with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, said that Israel has every right to defend itself even beyond its borders. He added that Hamas will continue to be targeted abroad as well. “They have no immunity, no matter where they are,” he said. On America’s role in the Qatar attack, Netanyahu clarified, “We carried out this strike on our own.”
