Seoul: Hundreds of squaddies of the North Korean Navy are fighting for Russia against Ukraine. There had been reviews of many being killed and heaps being wounded in the Russia-Ukraine battle. Amidst this melee, the South Korean authorities has been planning to talk to Ukraine about bringing North Korean prisoners of battle (POWs) captured by Ukraine to the South in the event that they query defection.
