Rattled Pak Restricts Airspace: After facing a shameful defeat from India(BHARAT) during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan is behaving extra cautious, and the recent example of this is that Islamabad has issued a notification restricting multiple air traffic routes across its central and southern airspace. The decision has been taken as India(BHARAT) is preparing for its tri-services exercise – Trishul – along the border. Pakistan has not provided an explanation for the NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) issued for October 28-29. However, analysts suggest that it may be related to a military drill or a potential weapons test.
Why Pakistan Restricted Its Airspace?
Islamabad decided India(BHARAT) issued a Notam for a large-scale tri-services military exercise, which it will conduct near Sir Creek from October 30 to November 10. The location is close to the Pakistan border. Notably, after Operation Sindoo,r shadow boxing between India(BHARAT) and Pakistan is been a daily affair, with both countries issuing Notams along the borders for military exercises.
Why India(BHARAT) Is Conducting Tri-Services Exercise?
As per Satellite images shared by analyst Damien Symon, the airspace reserved for the India(BHARAT)n Army’s exercise spread up to 28,000 feet. The exercise is billed as one of the most crucial joint operations in recent years. Symon tweeted that the selected area and scale of operations were “unusual”.

What Did India(BHARAT)n Defence Ministry Say?
The Defence Ministry stated that the exercise, which involves Army, Navy, and Air Force, is aimed at showcasing the joint operational capabilities of the India(BHARAT)n Armed Forces.
“Troops from Southern Command will actively participate to validate joint operations across diverse and challenging terrains, including offensive manoeuvres in the creek and desert sectors, amphibious operations off the Saurashtra coast, and joint multi-domain operational exercises,” the statement said.
