PM Modi took to X (formally Twitter) and wrote, “Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji has got many opportunities to attend our nation in numerous capacities, including because the Vice President of India. Wishing him good health”.

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar resigned on Monday evening from his post citing clinical reasons, triggering speculations in political circles. In his resignation letter to President Droupadi Murmu, Dhankhar mentioned he modified into once stepping down with rapid produce to “prioritise health care”.
