If you think your USD 1,000 iPhone is among the most expensive phones out there, think again! Here’s a look at the world’s most luxurious and costly mobile phone that takes extravagance to an entirely new level.
When we talk about costly gadgets, we usually think of high-end flagship phones. But there’s also a world of luxury smartphones that focus more on design, rarity, and luxury than on features or performance. These phones are made with gold, diamonds, and other rare materials, turning them into symbols of wealth rather than just tech devices. Here are some of the most luxury smartphones in the world.
Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 Pink Diamond
The Falcon Supernova iPhone 6 Pink Diamond Edition is one of the most expensive phones ever made, costing a jaw-dropping USD 48.5 million (about Rs. 430 crore). Created by the New York luxury brand Falcon, the phone is famous for its elegant design and precious materials.
Its body is made from platinum or 18/24-carat gold, and what makes it truly unique is the large pink diamond set on the back, just below the Apple logo.
While it has the same basic features as the regular iPhone 6 i.e. a 4.7-inch Retina HD screen, Apple A8 chip, and 8MP camera, this version includes a special platinum coating and advanced security features to make it extra secure.
It is a prized possession of Nita Ambani, wife of India(BHARAT)n businessman Mukesh Ambani, the richest man of Asia.
Goldvish Le Million
The Goldvish Le Million was once listed in the Guinness World Records as the world’s most expensive phone, with a price tag of USD 1.3 million (about Rs. 11.5 crore). Designed by Emmanuel Gueit, only three units of this exclusive phone were ever made.
Its frame is made from 18-carat white gold and decorated with 120 carats of VVS-1 grade diamonds. In terms of features, it’s very basic – a 2MP camera, 2GB of storage, Bluetooth, and 2G connectivity. The real worth of this phone lies not in its technology but in its rare design and precious materials.
Gresso Luxor Las Vegas Jackpot
The Gresso Luxor Las Vegas Jackpot, priced at USD 1 million (around Rs. 8.9 crore), is another masterpiece for collectors. It combines luxury, craftsmanship, and history in one device.
The phone’s case is made from 180 grams of pure gold and decorated with 45.5 carats of rare black diamonds. Its back panel uses 200-year-old African Blackwood, one of the rarest and most expensive types of wood in the world.
Each key on the keypad is hand-polished and laser-engraved from crystal sapphire, together weighing 32 carats. Only three pieces of this stunning phone were ever made, and each carries its own unique serial number, making it truly one of a kind.
