Saba Azad opens up on receiving hate for her relationship with Hrithik Roshan

Saba Azad has recently been making headlines for her relationship with Hrithik Roshan. Ever since the two made their relationship public, they have been under the lens. Now, the actress and singer has opened up on the paparazzi culture during a recent interaction with India Today. She revealed that she is an extremely private person and loves staying at home. She revealed that she was very scared at the beginning and felt exposed in a way she had never felt before.

Moreover, the diva has also been subjected to a lot of hatred for her relationship with the Guzaarish star. Speaking about the same, Saba Azad stated that it has taken her quite some time to come to a place where she has started treating everything else as white noise as hatred is palpable. She was quoted as saying, “I am not made of stone, it hits you. You feel like s***. There are days when you wake up and you wonder what did I do to anyone? What did I do to you? I am living my life, you live yours? Why are you waiting for my blood?”

Saba Azad added that there comes a point ‘when you realise that you are not responsible for how people think and what they project on you is actually what they are going through’.

On the work front, Saba Azad recently graced the screens with the web series, Who’s Your Gynac? She essayed the role of Dr Vidushi Kothari, an obstetrician and gynaecologist who is struggling with her share of personal and professional issues.

Prior to this, she has been a part of movies such as Dil Kabaddi and Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge. Saba Azad further starred in the Netflix anthology, Feels Like Ishq. She also appeared in the web series Rocket Boys 2. 

Hrithik Roshan’s professional commitments

Up next, Hrithik Roshan will headline the forthcoming action entertainer, Fighter. He will be seen sharing screen space with Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor in his next. Touted to be India’s first aerial actioner, the project is expected to reach the audience by January next year.
