Shah Rukh Khan will not be promoting Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 and here is why

Just like Marvel and DC universes, the Yash Raj banner is also creating its own spy universe with films such as Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War and Pathaan. Two of the biggest names from Bollywood, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan will be coming together in the Yash Raj Spy Universe. Salman Khan’s action thriller Tiger 3 will also see a special appearance by the Jawan star. The makers have decided to keep SRK’s part in the movie under wrap and keeping this in mind, the latest buzz suggests that Shah Rukh Khan will not be a part of the promotional spree of the drama.

Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 promotional strategy 

Going by a recent Bollywood Hungama report, the promotions for Tiger 3 will be carried out only by Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi. “The entire campaign of Tiger 3 will revolve around Salman Khan with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi joining in the last leg, post the trailer launch. Those expecting Pathaan aka Shah Rukh Khan to also mark his presence to market the film will have to wait for the film to blast big on the big screen on November 12,” a source was quoted as saying.

Tiger 3 trailer out

The makers have unveiled the highly-awaited trailer of Tiger 3 today, 16 October.

The trailer begins with the woman stating the key difference between the peace and the enemies of the country, Tiger. We can later see a Pakistani militant, played by Emraan Hashmi adamant on destroying the life of the former RAW agent, like he destroyed his. The militant forces Tiger to choose between his family and his country. How Tiger manages to protect both makes for a wholesome masala entertainer.

All About Tiger 3

Tiger 3 has been directed by Manish Sharma. The project will be released in theatres on 10 November in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Along with Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, the film will also see Revathi, Riddhi Dogra, Vishal Jethwa, Kumud Mishra, Ranvir Shorey, Anant Vidhaat Sharma, Sartaaj Kakkar, Gavie Chahal, and Varinder Singh Ghuman in ancillary cast.
